Registering Your Athlete

Registration for Marathon High School Athletics is open.  All athletes must be registered.  Please log on to  https://athleticclearance.fhsaahome.org/index.php and create an account. Step by step directions are in the PDF file labeled ATHLETIC CLEARANCE.  Current physicals filed in the MHS Athletic office will be uploaded once you register.  New files may be uploaded by you.  (Remember, physicals are valid for one calendar year). When your registration is complete, please print the confirmation form and the consent for medical treatment.  Once these forms are signed and notarized, please turn them in along with the physical to the MHS Athletic Office found in the main office at Marathon High School.
