District 1 Starting from the westernmost boundary including the Dry Tortugas, moving to the east to include the downtown area of the City of Key West, to a roughly north-south boundary irregularly drawn through the center of the island. The eastern boundary includes the area around Key West High School, and the U.S. Navy population on the north side of the island. North of Flagler, the easternmost boundary is the Salt Run Canal (the equivalent of 9th Street) |

District 2 Starting from the easternmost boundary of District 1, including the balance of the City of Key West, east to include Boca Chica and the western portion of Big Coppitt Key (Tamarind Drive). |

District 4 Starting from the easternmost boundary of District 3 - Sombrero Beach Road (east side), to the east to a boundary near Tavernier Creek MM92. The eastern boundary is generally described on the bayside of U.S. 1 as the area south of Royal Poinciana Street and west of Hibiscus Street, plus the area north of U.S. 1 to Tavernier Creek and east of Sunrise Blvd. On the ocean side of U.S. 1, the eastern boundary is Stinger Road. |
