Athletes and Parents-
Athletic packets are available from Mrs. Konrath in the main office. All Student who plan to participate in a sport during the 2016-17 school year must turn in a NEW athletic packet that includes a copy of their insurance card, certificate for concussion course, and a current physical must be on file prior to starting ANY physical activity.If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Konrath.
NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR ATHLETICS starting 2017-2018 !!
Registration for Marathon High School Athletics for the 2017-2018 school year is now open. All athletes must be registered. Please log on to https://athleticclearance.fhsaahome.org/index.php and create an account. Step by step directions are in the PDF file labeled ATHLETIC CLEARANCE. Current physicals filed in the MHS Athletic office will be uploaded once you register. New files may be uploaded by you. (Remember, physicals are valid for one calendar year). When your registration is complete, please print the confirmation form and the consent for medical treatment. Once these forms are signed and notarized, please turn them in along with the physical to the MHS Athletic Office found in the main office at Marathon High School.

A sports physical is a MUST and is required to be on file before the beginning of the sports season. Physicals are valid for 365 days from the date it was performed, so please be sure to schedule an exam and complete the updated physical prior to expiration. A physical must be completed on the FHSAA EL2 form. For more information, please visit Florida High School Athletic Association website.
