This is an example of leadership and community. The categories on the Dolphin Pride awards align to our Classroom Champions themes, and students can be recognized for any of them at any point in the year. The categories are: Goal Setting, Feedback, Leadership, Perseverance, Community, Optimism, Healthy Living, and Emotions. Think about random acts of kindness or the little things that really make life great. When students earn this award, they visit the assistant principal’s office for recognition, a picture, and a prize. There is a also bulletin board where the awards are posted and students are recognized again at our nine week awards ceremonies for their outstanding character.
