Dear 6th grade parents,

Vaccine information:

Your child is REQUIRED to have a TDAP vaccine booster prior to entry into 7th grade.  The FDOH will be offering several school-based vaccine clinics at Sugarloaf.  Please fill out and return the permission slip that your child brought home.   Please contact the school nurse, Lisa Graft, (305) 745-3282 ext 50336 with any questions. 

Dental Sealant Program:

Keys AHEC Dental Sealant program for 2nd and 7th graders will be on Friday, March 11th for those who have returned the permission slip.
