The Monroe County School District is pleased to announce the 2024-2025 District School Related Employee of the Year is Zachary Graham. Zach’s role encompasses a wide range of critical responsibilities, including managing Access Control, Building Automation, Utility Tracking, Security Camera, Intercom, Building Fire Alarm, Building Sprinkler, and other systems. His ability to communicate effectively with District staff to determine network requirements and develop system solutions has been invaluable.
Zach’s foresight in designing and overseeing the installation of digital infrastructure for current and future technologies has positioned the Maintenance department to meet future demands effectively. His meticulous attention to detail in obtaining pricing, coordinating contractors, and integrating new technologies has streamlined our operations and enhanced our overall efficiency.
Superintendent Theresa Axford shared her thoughts on Zach’s recognition, “Zach has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to our students and staff. He has gone above and beyond his job duties, making significant contributions to the Maintenance Department and the overall success of our School District.”
