The Monroe County School District (MCSD) and the United Teachers of Monroe (UTM) convenes annually to bargain conditions pertinent to the UTM, Teachers and SRP Contracts.  Our next bargaining session has been scheduled for Monday, May 22, 2023, from 9:00 a.m.. – 11:00 a.m., at the Monroe County School District Administrative Offices located at 241 Trumbo Road in Key West, Florida.  The meetings will be conducted in person.  For any inquiries, please contact Harry Russell by email at: Harry.Russell@keysschools.com no later than Noon, the day before a scheduled session.
